Returns
We accept returns on physical products (such as books) under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving the wrong or damaged product.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will not be granted for digital products, such as downloadable content or online services.
- If you paid for shipping, the shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for physical products. If you would like a different item, you will need to return your original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a return label for you to send the item back, and we will either issue a refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.
